How did you hear about Baltic Employees?
I saw a post on Facebook about this company and it immediately caught my attention. In addition, I knew someone who was already working with Baltic Employees and they spoke very positively about their experience. This gave me confidence and encouraged me to give it a try, as I felt it could be a reliable and professional work environment.
Which projects have you worked on?
I am currently working on a project in Northern Germany. It’s an interesting and dynamic project that requires constantly adapting to new tasks and conditions. I like that the work here isn’t monotonous – every day brings something new, which keeps me motivated and engaged.
How was the communication between the coordinators and you?
The coordinators are very understanding, friendly and always ready to help. If any questions arise or advice is needed, they always respond quickly and clearly. I really appreciate feeling supported and knowing that I’m not alone because at work I can always rely on my coordinators’ assistance.
How did you adapt to the project pace and overcome challenges?
I adapted to the project pace very easily, even though it was a completely new experience for me. I’m a quick learner, so I feel confident in new situations. I absorb new information quickly and see challenges as opportunities to grow. I truly enjoy learning new things and constantly improving my skills.
What do you do in your free time?
In my free time, I like to spend my time actively and productively. I often go for walks in the park, listen to music or watch TV. I also enjoy going out in the city, meeting friends or simply relaxing. Additionally, I play football, as it’s not only fun but also helps me stay physically fit and energized for work.
How would you describe the accommodation?
I’m a person who can easily adapt anywhere, so the accommodation doesn’t bother me or cause any stress. I feel comfortable and can settle into a new environment quickly. This allows me to focus on work and enjoy the new experience without any extra worries.
