Please tell us who you are and what you do at Baltic Employees.
My name is Žana, and I am a recruiter. My job is to find people who want to work in Germany and, in many cases, to be their personal motivation trainer.
How long have you been working at the company, and how would you briefly describe your daily routine?
I have been working at the company for one year. No two days are the same. One minute I am talking to a candidate who is ready to leave abroad tomorrow, the next I am talking to a person who is wondering whether it is worth changing their life. Phone calls, messages, many interesting stories, boredom is definitely not something I experience.
You are looking for people who want to take a big step – to go work abroad. What surprises you the most when talking to such candidates?
What surprises me the most is how different people are. For some, leaving their comfort zone is not difficult, while others need a little more courage and encouragement to take the first step.
Was there a candidate or situation that really stayed with you – perhaps one where you saw how this job truly changed someone’s life?
The best feeling is when people successfully complete our projects and later come back saying: “When can we work again? A friend also wants to join!”

The hardest part is convincing people that money does not grow on trees in Germany… but that it is truly possible to earn well.
Tell us about your team in the Klaipėda office – what is the atmosphere like? Do you feel supported while working together?
We have a very friendly and supportive team. We can always discuss things, ask for help, and support each other.
What advice or wish would you give to someone who is joining Baltic Employees for the first time today?
Have patience, make phone calls, and stay positive 😊 Everything else will come naturally.
