How did you hear about Baltic Employees?
I heard about Baltic Employees from a friend who had already worked with the company and recommended it. I trusted her advice, decided to give it a try and I definitely don’t regret it.
Which projects have you worked on?
I have worked on various projects, so I can compare and say that each experience was unique. I have worked in a cosmetics factory, fruit packing, Christmas calendar packaging, three chocolate factories, a clothing warehouse, a greenhouse and a bakery. Each job gave me new skills and the opportunity to get to know different work environments.
How was the communication between the coordinators and you?
In my first project, I worked with two different coordinators, and later I mostly worked with one permanent coordinator, whose projects were especially enjoyable. She is very warm, understanding and always ready to help. I would love to always work on her projects but I have no complaints about the rest of the team either. In short – a truly great team.
How did you adapt to the project pace and overcome challenges?
I am communicative and get along easily with colleagues, so adapting to the project pace was not difficult. Even when challenges arose, I always find solutions and help maintain a positive atmosphere among employees. I have no issues at work because I always try to be friendly and supportive, which helps me make friends with colleagues and feel comfortable.
What do you do in your free time?
In my free time, I enjoy traveling and exploring the surroundings whenever possible. It helps me relax after work, unwind and gain new experiences. I also like spending time with friends and colleagues – sometimes even small trips or walks around the area become fun activities.
How would you describe the accommodation?
The accommodation is really comfortable and well-organized. If any questions or issues arise, the employee responsible for accommodation always resolves them quickly. I feel that I can always ask for help, which gives me a sense of security.
Would you recommend us to your acquaintances?
Yes, I have already recommended Baltic Employees to several acquaintances. I want to emphasize that the Baltic Employees team is truly excellent – warm, friendly, and professional. I am happy to be a part of it and very grateful for the opportunity to work together.
