How did you hear about Baltic Employees?
I learned about Baltic Employees online, through various ads and promotions. I was interested because the agency offers different opportunities for working abroad and I also heard positive feedback from other people who had already worked through Baltic Employees. This gave me confidence and encouraged me to try working with them.
Which projects have you worked on?
I started working with Baltic Employees in 2019. At first, I worked in loading tasks, then in a library, back to loading tasks, and for the past 3 years until now, I have been doing sorting tasks. Each type of work has given me new experiences, skills, and the opportunity to learn new things. This helped me better understand work processes and adapt more efficiently to different conditions.
How was the communication between the coordinators and you?
Communication with management and coordinators is very open and detailed. It is important to me that all work is organized and that everyone in the team knows what needs to be done. Coordinators are always ready to help, answer questions, and provide information, so I can feel safe and confident working in any situation.
How did you adapt to the project pace and overcome challenges?
I have been working with Baltic Employees for 5 years. During this time, I have faced both good and more challenging situations, but I always try to communicate well with everyone – colleagues, managers, and coordinators alike. This helps us make the right decisions together and solve any problems. Being responsible and contributing to the team makes challenges a chance to grow and learn new skills.
How long have you been working through Baltic Employees?
I have been working with Baltic Employees for 5 years. During this time, I have gained a lot of experience, got to know different work environments, and acquired valuable skills that help me in daily tasks and allow me to adapt successfully to new responsibilities.
How would you describe the accommodation?
The accommodation is welcoming and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities for everyday life. The owners care about the people they host and always try to make sure residents feel comfortable. This gives a sense of security and allows me to focus on work, knowing I can rest peacefully after a long day.
