Why did you choose Baltic Employees?

After returning to live in Lithuania following several years in Germany, I was looking for a workplace where I could use my accumulated experience and language skills. Baltic Employees stood out as a strong, continuously growing company operating in the international market. It was important for me to work in an environment with a lot of communication with foreign clients, as well as opportunities to learn and achieve results.

How have you changed as a professional over these years?

Over these years, I have grown significantly as a sales manager. I learned to better understand client needs, plan my time more effectively, and negotiate more confidently. In the beginning, some situations seemed challenging, but with every new client and project I gained more self-confidence. I also realized that in sales it is very important not only to talk, but also to know how to listen.

Which client has been the most difficult so far and why?

I believe the most difficult client is the one who does not trust you. Even with a good offer or solution, you first need to earn trust. Such situations require a lot of patience, consistency, and the ability to prove your value through actions, not just words. However, these types of clients often later become some of the best partners.

What was your biggest mistake in your first year?

My biggest mistake was probably the desire to make everything perfect. Sometimes I would spend too much time preparing for meetings or offers instead of just taking action. Over time, I realized that in sales, perfection is less important than consistency and quick reaction. It is better to do and learn than to wait too long for the perfect moment.

How would you describe the support from the team / management?

The support from the team and management has always been very strong. There was never a situation where you were left alone with a problem or question. Whenever help is needed, there is always someone ready to advise, share experience, or help find a solution. I believe one of the biggest strengths of Baltic Employees is its strong sense of teamwork – here you truly feel that everyone is working towards a common goal.

Would you recommend Baltic Employees to other sales managers? Why?

Definitely yes. There are many opportunities to grow both professionally and personally. Continuous training is provided, you gain valuable hands-on experience, and results depend on your own efforts. In addition, the team is friendly, supportive, and motivating. Company events and gatherings are sometimes just as anticipated as the work results themselves. 🙂
